[update] October 2026 bullet journal monthly layout

This month’s layout is a little late since I was working on other artwork, hence there is no drawn artwork on this layout, I already toiled away on a fanart for the market. Of course I chose the theme of gothic vampires for this layout in order to use some different colors and themes for the spooky season that is going by so quickly.

On the left side, I used spider web washi tape from uhh Daiso? I already forgot, with a thin message washi tape from Daiso for sure. The purple/blue/gold star skull tape is by Haenuli and the kitty witch tape is from a local artist Kirakiracalico (can’t find their insta anymore). The tarot cat sticker was a gift from a friend, as are the lavender/black monochrome stickers by Japanese goth artist Yoh. I got the Aries teacup sticker as a freebie from a Kpop fanmerch booth which was an amazing coincidence since I’m an Aries, and I bought the Animal Crossing sheep gothic lolita sticker from ShimmeringWillowArt on Etsy. The planner text and butterfly or flower stickers are from Michaels and Joann’s as usual, and the gold cross/rose/candle/leaf stickers are from a Korean stationary section of a local store.

The right side is a collage of stickers with a few ink doodles, I didn’t even take off the sticker backing for the four stickers in case I wanted to use them somewhere else, just stuck the entire sticker on the page with double-sided tape. The glitter bat tape is from Michaels, and the classical painting washi tape is from Daiso (I didn’t have much dark washi tape that wasn’t gold foil.) The Vampire’s Vestige foil logo sticker is from the Vampire Hunter D fanzine I purchased, as well as the bat and Charlotte stickers. The Alucard coffin sticker is by Daeyumi Arts, and the Dracula family photo is by IamLunasol. The large Vampire Hunter D sticker I bought somewhere, but can’t find the post right now, but it was at a local art market I’m pretty sure. I decorated with more foil stickers from Daiso and red flower stickers from Michaels.

Overall, despite the messy looseness of the collage concept and my wobbly attempt at black stars, I kind of like the effect overall. There is a lot of black woven throughout which is on theme for a gothic spooky atmosphere, some red for blood, and also purple for shadows and mystery. I don’t think any drawn fanart from me would have added much to be honest lol. Anyway, back to the grind for work and prepping for various meets this upcoming month (and the months after!)
