August 2026 bullet journal spread featuring Daiso pixel stickers, y2k computer stickers and an original drawing

[update] August 2026 bullet journal monthly layout

This month I had planned for a “space” theme, but I technically did space and night skies twice already this year lol. My intention was to use some sticker sheets that were trickier to use than others that might have a late summer feel (or technically mid summer in this hell region of the world). Anyway, I accidentally bought 2 of these Daiso 2D Planet washi sticker sheets that have computer pixel graphics, one black and one green. These stickers did not look great for deco trading cards being too transparent and were also too non-sticky to deco other items like cards, so I decided to reserve them for something less precious, and this bullet journal theme was the perfect solution. Once again, I used blue and pink color scheme instead of other colors, but they keep this season feeling fresh, okay?!

On the left hand side, I used two different space bunnies washi tapes, from In the Blue Moon (blue) and from Woody Makes Things (lavender). I also used space snack stamp stickers from Shattered Earth, and Daiso washi tapes and flower and aforementioned pixel stickers near the top. The bunny with earphones and the mirror star are from Desu.Troyer, along with the mouse pointer on the next page. The quote stickers are from Mao Babie, and the Sleepy Vibes sticker is from Pixemancer. The “wahoo” sticker is from Xiitya.

On the right side, I drew a girl with a Vivienne Westwood orb necklace colored with Tombow brush pens – I had bought a Vivienne Westwood necklace online recently (hoping it’s real and not a fake lol). Then I used the Sailor Moon cityscape washi tape for the bottom row, and peacock washi tape for the frame around the girl (both tapes are linked in previous purchase posts from earlier years). All of the pixel and flower stickers are washi ones from Daiso as mentioned in the first page of the spread – I like the space and sky theme as always, but the city scapes and nature landscapes work great, especially to fill in the background behind the girl. The bunny in the cloud drink is from uhh… can’t remember but I linked them before as well. I decorated with torn strips of graph paper colored with alcohol marker then I drew sparkles with Zebra Mildliners and white and silver pens. I did try to add green into the spread, since one of the Daiso sheets was green but clearly not that much green. Also the silver foil stickers are from Daiso, can never have too many sparkles.

I wouldn’t say this is the best bujo spread I ever made, but it works for my purpose of using up stickers that were more difficult to find a space for than others. I just kinda put stuff on the page willy nilly while watching mochibujo work on their spreads on Youtube. At least it’s a calming blend of nature and technology, you need that in this world gone mad.
