I actually drew this fanart in late November but just posting it now. Here is Shockwave from Transformers One and I have now completed the set of Decepticons that were referenced by name in the movie. I love drawing Shockwave because he usually has a hexagon for a head and only one eye, but of course the rest of his body is tricky to get proportionate. I believe his boob is way too big here so you can’t even see his arms in frame. Oh well. I tried!
[CG, 2025]I only chose wisteria as his flower because I already downloaded wisteria brushes for Clip Studio for Demon Slayer fanart. Wisteria most often symbolizes good luck, longevity, welcome and romance, none of which has anything to do with Shockwave in any of his incarnations lol. However, one alternate meaning of wisteria is serious devotion due to its nature as a vine clinging to surfaces, and Shockwave is often depicted as extremely devoted, either to the Decepticon cause or to science. Anyway, the wisteria such a beautiful and elegant purple flower that always looks good in artwork, and also I’m too lazy to think of another flower, so it will have to do. Only one more fanart left to draw!
